Overview
About Me
I'm an architect currently based in sunny Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Originally from Iran, I embarked on an exciting journey to pursue my passion for architecture in the United States four years ago. Since then, I've immersed myself in the vibrant culture and dynamic design landscape of South Florida.
My time at the University of Miami not only provided me with a top-tier education but also exposed me to diverse perspectives and innovative approaches to design.
Now, as a practicing architect, I'm dedicated to creating spaces that inspire, innovate, and enhance the lives of those who inhabit them. Whether it's designing modern residential properties, revitalizing urban landscapes, or crafting sustainable structures, I'm passionate about leveraging architecture as a tool for positive change.
Outside of architecture, I'm an avid Traveler, . This interests not only fuel my creativity but also allow me to recharge and find inspiration in the world around me.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
As an architect with a passion for exploration and cultural immersion, I've found Couchsurfing to be an invaluable platform that aligns perfectly with my ethos of connecting with people and experiencing the world in an authentic way.
My journey into Couchsurfing began as a desire to break free from the confines of traditional tourism and delve deeper into the heart and soul of the places I visit. Instead of merely passing through cities as a tourist, I yearned to become a temporary resident, to live like a local, and to forge genuine connections with individuals who call these places home.
Couchsurfing allows me to do just that. By opening up my home to travelers from around the globe and embracing the hospitality of others, I've been able to experience destinations in a way that goes beyond guidebooks and tourist attractions. From sharing meals with hosts who graciously welcome me into their homes to exploring hidden gems and off-the-beaten-path locales recommended by locals, Couchsurfing has enriched my travel experiences in ways I never thought possible.
In essence, I'm on Couchsurfing not just to find a place to stay but to be a part of a global community that celebrates diversity, fosters understanding, and embraces the beauty of human connection. Whether I'm hosting travelers in my home or exploring new destinations as a guest, Couchsurfing allows me to be more than just a tourist — it enables me to be a participant in the rich tapestry of the world, one couch at a time.
