Spirit Quest across the United States for the summer.

ABOUT ME

Hey as of late June I will be on a road trip across the country. I feel society is in need of healing so I want to meet cool people around the country and bring people and good ideas together before I start my masters! I'm from CT but setting my location to places I need a couch to crash on. Let's do yoga and dream together then I'll cook you Persian food!

PHILOSOPHY

I practice a lot of yoga and believe a lot of Buddhist teachings. I am also an activist and believe people need to unite to address common issues. How to reconcile these two schools of thought is a challenge.

I do know I am committed to positive growth and surround myself with people i can undertake this journey wtih.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have not used couchsurfing before so I hope to meet new people this summer!

Interests

I like to play tennis, go hiking, and do yoga. I love to cook and can cook from my Middle-Eastern background. I am excited to finally come to Australia for the first time!

Persian, Russian and Arab folktales, Vonnegut, Palahnuik, Chomsky, Camus, Rushdie, GRRM, random books from random authors here and there.

Sooo much music! Folk, reggae, bluegrass, indie, metal, rap classical, prog, jam. Michael Franti, Run River North, Wilco, Bob Dylan, Elliott Smith, Opeth, Grateful Dead, Arcade Fire, Simon & Garfunkel, Yes, Sufjan, My Morning Jacket, Porcupine Tree, New Pornographers, Hank Mobley and His All Stars, Joy Division, and a lot more.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I hiked a very very high altitude volcano in Northern Chile. I felt both horrible and amazing after the next two days.

Teach, Learn, Share

I do a lot of yoga and have been studying a bit from the layayoga school (the one with all the chakras). I hope to share the powerful enlightening experiences with people and the ability to analyze and improve my environment.
