Hey there, happy to welcome you on my profile!
What is there to say about me? Basically I‘m an open-minded and pretty easy-going person. I just finished my A-levels in March 2017 and decided to take some time off before I‘m going to study (will be studying teaching English and Philosophy). I am currently living with my parents and my lovely grandma in a small town in the middle of nowhere in Hessen, Germany and I work at a bar 20 minutes from my hometown for 1,5 years now (I’ve also worked at a restaurant and a pub before and I got so SO many stories to tell!) and I just love my job! I grew up with my neighbours dog (a small, mean Dachshund) and from the age of 6 until now with our own dog (an adorable, clumsy Dalmatian-Mixture) that I love with all of my heart. We also have a cat (we‘ve had a cat before, but sadly she died 3 years ago), but I get the feeling that he doesn‘t love me as much as my little sister and I honestly don‘t know why. I guess I‘m just more of a dog person.
I love to travel and meeting new people all over the world, even though I might seem a little shy at first, I‘m really .. well .. special if you get to know me better! In Germany we would say that you can „steal horses with me“ (well, not literally steal horses, but you know what I mean). I love having long talks about every imaginable topic - but be warned, I can get really passionate (for example when the subject changes to dogs! I once „forced“ one of my co-workers to stay at our working place with me for three more hours after we closed because he told me that he loves dogs and I just HAD to share all my favourite dog stories with him!) and good luck trying to convince me to stop talking in that case! But I am also a very good listener, tell me your story, I would love to get to know you on as many levels as possible!

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to almost every kind of music, but you got me especially with some good rock, Metal or alternative!
Favourite bands? Definitely Volbeat and Metallica!
But I also love R‘n‘B and Hip Hop! Some good old J-Lo, Beyonce or R. Kelly? Yaaaas!

Honestly, I don‘t watch that much TV but my favourite movies are Bodyguard, Dirty Dancing and Anastasia (try fight me on this but you can‘t go wrong with such a Disney classic!)

I love reading thrillers! I don‘t even remember most of the titles to be honest. I mostly buy my books at secondhand-shops or get the old ones from my older cousins. But I also read fantasy (LOVE the triology of Inkheart) and dramas!
