Overview
About Me
I’m always singing (unless I know someone needs quiet)...I love animals and want to live a life close to the land, and full of art and artists. I love humans, and feel strongly about creating platforms for healing and empowerment. I can be silly, carefree, or serious and focused. For those who really know me, they know I’m on a mission. I am passionate about our planet and all the creatures who live here. I can’t ignore the unsustainable societies most of us live in, and work to change my life, as well as create intersectional solutions. I have been working on creating a micro-village in the Blue Ridge Mountains, and have come to almost obsessively pitch to others about villages. I truly believe it’s the direction we need to empower ourselves to make the necessary changes to live meaningful lives that allow us to pursue our passions without exploiting the earth or other people. Who’s in?
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Traveling is deep in my bones, as is the need to connect with other global citizens. Keep learning, widening the circle, and balancing that with the roots I’m putting down deep. I had an old Couchsurfing profile but can’t seem to access it. Since living in NC, I’ve felt culturally isolated. It’s quite different from my life in New Orleans. So! Being on Couchsurfing can help connect me with new energies of y’all delightful people.
Interests
Cooperative and solidarity economics. I want to meet, network and collaborate with people wanting to truly make the world a better place, addressing climate disruption, injustice and the true nature of peace and purpose.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One.... ??
Teach, Learn, Share
Let’s share laughs, cool, secret and not secret spaces, our cultures, and about our passion projects!
I can share what I know, and always ready to learn more, about regenerative landscaping practices, land trust/community development, some metaphysical stuff...and I will always talk about colonialism, diaspora and healing, as well as alternative ancient history, and the like.
I’m also interested in natural health, natural pet care, and...a lot of things really. I’m pretty eclectic, and if it helps me grow, I’m down!
What I Can Share with Hosts
My groovy personality? Haha. I am a very clean guest, happy to help with a project if you need, or I can make some yummy vegetarian foods.
