Overview
About Me
Hi! My name is Alina. I'm 19 years old and studying in Lüneburg, which is near Hamburg in the north of Germany. I'd love to see the world, meet new people, eat amazing (vegan) food and educate myself by learning from different cultures. I consider myself as a very open minded person and i like experiencing cities more like a local with the benefit making new contacts. I'm into yoga and meditation, art and history, but i also like to party, going to festivals and hang out with friends.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
When i heard about couchsurfing my mind was blown away. The kindness that random people give you a place to sleep is actually very generous. I wanna meet a city like a local and meet new people from all over the world. And to be honest: i'm traveling on a low budget level, so i'm really happy when i can find a cheap possibility to stay over night. In my opinion you don't need much, thats why a single couch or bed is all you need if you're interested i visiting a city.

Music, Movies, and Books
I dont prefer one kind of music. When i like a song it doesn't matter which category it is. But mostly i hear alternative and indie music, sometimes 80s and classics. Same with books and movies. Sometimes it's german literature and sometimes it can be more like a spiritual-self-healing book haha. I'm into series on netflix and historical movies. But i think that we should all watch more documentaries.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
In my young age I didn't experienced that much which is worth mentioning to be honest. But I have to say that my trip to the other side of the world (Bali and Australia) changed me a lot in my view to the world. For me it was amazing..maybe not for you that's why I hope that one day i can write something more enriching in this box.
Teach, Learn, Share
I think everybody can share something, no matter how old he is or how much he experienced. Good stories are always something to learn from. And also the fact that we may speak different languages and grew up differently is cool.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can teach you some German obviously. And if you're interest we can do yoga together or meditate. At least i really appreciate that i can stay at your place so i will give my best to be a good roommate when it comes to cleaning or cooking.
