ABOUT ME

We are an engaged couple of Alina and Radu. We like to live our life to the full and to travel. We are young and starting out life path. We would like to see new things and places with the smallest budget possible.We are ambitious, we have great plans specific to ordinary people as creating a family, giving birth to children and building our home and, not in the last place, to develop personalities by acquiring more experience.
We are animal lovers but we dont have one yet.
If we meet, you will know friendly and openmind persons. The differences between us: he is more talkative and dreamy, she is realistic and a reserved person.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing is a good way to make new friends. We lived before in Italy and almost all our close friends there are couchsurfers. We formed a very strong community. Every our meeting was a cultural exchange
This is not all! If we go to travel somewhere, we prefer to meet new local people who can tell us where is the best place to eat in the city or any advice like this about that place. Isn't wonderful? In this case the hotels are just boring. We don't like to be tourists, we love to be travelers!

Interests

Alina:
I read different artistic, psychological books, getting something new from each one I take in my hands.
I listen to any music, according to my mood.
I like jogging. I love cooking.
I watch movies, usually good and exciting ones, otherwise I rapidly get bored . Different hobby: embroidery, crochet, DYI, make up and design
Radu:
Travellings, wine, art and culture at all 360°. I like anecdotes, jokes and club dancing!
Also we like to get out with friends for a drink.

Music, Movies, and Books

Alina:
Books: F. Kafka, D. Brown, P. Coelho, F. Dostoevsky, Tolstoy, L. Rebreanu, Gabriel Garcia Marquez, E. Hemingway and others. I adore killing my time by reading.
Music:Zdob si Zdub, Fanfara Ciocarlia, Goran Bregovich, the Rolling Stones, Amy Winehouse, Queen, Jovanotti, Florence and the Machine, Michael Buble, Jazz.
Movies: Leon, Life is beautiful, The Intouchables, The Godfather, The Pianist. I like motivational movies.
Radu:
I read a lot, especially newspapers and journals. I also like to go to the Cinema and I frequently adore listening to the music on the radio.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

We are thrill seekers and always looking for new things.
I (Alina) can say that one of the coolest things I’ve ever done is a parachute fall from 3000 meters.

Teach, Learn, Share

We could change experience in cooking. We know various recipes of Moldovan, Russian, Romanian and Italian cooks and we want to taste and find out other specialities.
Another reason why we have enrolled in this project is that we want to improve or to learn better English. We like the idea of a language exchange!
