About Me
**currently moving from Geneva to my next work place - which is still unknown. Until I have figured that out I unfortunately cannot host anyone myself**
ABOUT ME
Hey everyone. I’m Alina and I always try to do what I enjoy and live life to the fullest. Friends say that I’m friendly and open-minded, always ready for any spontaneous adventure that comes up! And I think (and hope!) they are right ;)! I am enthusiastic to explore different parts of the world and make new experiences with other cultures and of course with new people! I try not to be the typical tourist when I travel. That’s why I really enjoy couchsurfing. You get a better idea of how life really is, get a chance to meet locals and to get secret travel hints.
And the good thing is: I guess I am quite easy-going, can sleep on a floor, on a roof, in a tent but I’m also open to new places I have not experienced yet. So don’t worry – I will be fine :)
Right now, I am based in Geneva - working for an Humanitarian NGO. Especially in the summer, Geneva is a super lovely place next to Lac Lemon!
So all in all, it’s quite hard to describe yourself- so you better come around and get to know me in person!:)
PHILOSOPHY
And I, I took the road less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
A friend of mine recommended me Couchsurfing as an alternative way of traveling. Since than I've made such good experiences- I have never regret participating!
Interests
I wouldn't be here, if i wasn't interested in getting to know new people, cultures and different ways of living. I love being around my friends, talking, going out and just having fun. As well, I like being in nature, hiking and of course I like to do a lot of sports, especially outside like running, volleyball and ultimate frisbee. …
Not to forget I really enjoy travelling, making traveling plans, meet other travelers and exchange hints and experiences, listen to stories, hanging out at the beach, laughing (at myself), eating German chocolate, cooking and trying out new recipes, gabbing all night, playing my accordeon, and so on and so on...
