Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I started an account here when a friend told me it was a good way to know people from all over the world, to stay in a nice place and to really discover the city you are in, since you're staying with locals! thats sounds pretty good to me.
I've never heard of it until I got to Bordeaux (sep. 2015), so I have no experience at all. But when I go back to Brazil, I really hope to start hosting as well, that would be great for me! Here in Bordeaux is not possible, since I have a Landlord who lives with me.

Music, Movies, and Books

There are so many, I can't decide. But I'm a big fan of fiction movies (and books), like Star Wars, Star Trek and Harry Potter. I also like comedy movies and series (looooove Modern Family), romance and drama as well. The only thing you can't invite me to do is watch horror movies.
Music: Pop, Rock, House, Sertanejo, Pagode, Samba and Funk! (the last four are all brazilians types of music)

I climbed a Volcano once (Villarrica - Chile) - that was hard and awesome!
