Hey! I'm Brazilian, from Minas Gerais state, and have been living in Rio de Janeiro since I was 17, when left my hometown to study Cultural Production and Theater, and also to gain some experience in music production. After working for some years in this area, I quitted my job and decided to travel the world by myself. It was my first experience as a backpacker - such an addictive one! From that, I got increasingly interested in people and their different ways of seeing and managing life. Then I decided to go back to university for a master's course in Social Anthropology. Nowadays, I'm a Social Anthropology phD student and my research focus is on East African countries (especially Tanzania). :-)
