My mission is to open my mind as much as possible to see all the amazing people and places and things the world has to offer.

ABOUT ME

I like to meet new people, places, cultures and share my own culture with them. I love children's books and literature, graphic design, bookbinding, leaning languages, animals, children, riding my bike in a beautiful day, the good morning kisses of my cat Buda, swiming into the ocean, cooking for my friends and for myself, the joy and the anxiety of arriving in a city for the first time and the certainty that no matter what, today I've learned something new and I am someway better than yesterday.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have little hosting experience because I've been moving a lot and unable to receive people, but the times I was hosted I made friends for life and got to know cultures and places in a much more authentic way than regular travelling. The couchsurfing spirit is amazing and something I expect to have more and more in my file.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I like rock in general, specially indie and folk. Also like a jazz, bossa nova and MPB (Brazilian popular music).
I like literature that makes me question myself, my life and the place I am in the world, and inspires me to be better in someway. Some favorite authors are Milan Kundera, Mia Couto, Shaun Tan.
DOn't like hollywood that much, more a fan of the European and South American tradition. Just like in book, I want to watch movies that touch me deeply and make me think about life in a different way.

How people and cultures can be different around the world but we can still love and develop so deep connections, recognizing in each other this abstract thing that makes us all humanity.
