About Me
Hi! I’m Alisa (pronounced like ‘Lisa’ with an ‘A’ in front; uh-lee-sa).
I love nature and the outdoors; I am a bit of a workaholic but love what I do (I work in public health!); I practice yoga and meditation regularly; I’m an alcohol enthusiast and vegetarian foodie (deathly allergic to peanuts lol); I have a very go-with-the-flow attitude & optimistic outlook; I will rarely say no to a spontaneous adventure.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To prove to my mom that talking to strangers is actually pretty cool 🙃
Just trying to enjoy life and the world we live in, while meeting amazing people along the way.

What I Can Share with Hosts
I’m a yoga instructor so I can give free yoga lessons or face yoga lessons!! I can also help to cook a vegetarian meal :) I love conversation and hearing different perspectives from all walks of life. Though I enjoy hanging out with my hosts, I respect that everyone has their own daily lives/obligations to attend to!
