ABOUT ME

I'm a free spirited traveler, a lover of diversity and adventure. I'm always happy to meet people, whether they be locals at my destination, or people along the way. It's so much fun making friends and creating a network. I'm as happy sharing my place with travelers as I am when I'm out traveling myself. I'm very open minded and honest, and we will most assuredly enjoy our visit together!

Be open to enjoy and embrace other cultures and ideas .... Seek adventure, look for playful and engaged people :) we will meet as strangers, but will part as friends :)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I participate in CS by both hosting and showing people around San Francisco. I've also joined the Yosemite Club :) I very much look forward to one day sleeping on your couch :))))

Interests

I'm so excited about SanFrancisco! It's really my favorite city in the world, even though its right in my backyard :)). I love cycling there, people watching, eating.... And finding cool hidden places. I teach special Ed, so the summers are all mine to travel !

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've climbed to the top of Half Dome in Yosemite national Park twice now. I also got to venture out on a business trip to Germany, (Hamburg, Berlin, Frankfurt, Bielefeld, Hanover)Amsterdam and London.... I've ridden my bicycle across the Golden Gate Bridge too! Also, I've mountain biked some of the beaches of Mexico. I've driven through many of the United States, including Arizona, Nevada, Idaho, Montana, Oregon and Washington. I've also been to Florida, Virginia, Mississippi and Louisiana. Oh yeah! Vancouver, Canada as well :)

I learn from all my experiences in life, whether it be something simple, or something juicy and complex. I'm chipper and happy to share my life and home with travelers.
