after spending a wonderful time in indonesia its a bit hard to pick just one thing to write. but i'm going to say this: i've roasted coffee on a wood fire and grinded them in an old grinder in the middle of a mountain, in a small village house surrounded with a forest at night while it was heavily raining and there was no electricity! what a night that was...
