About Me

CURRENT MISSION

to print nice poems and hang them up in the metro of Berlin - for more poetry down under the earth!

ABOUT ME

This is the most difficult question in this profile... Well i'm sunny, a little crazy, i like to drink wine and if i could, i would jump into the ocean daily twice. That must be enough, just get to know me!

I spent one erasmus-semester in Madrid and after that I travelled through Spain, France and Portugal doing a lot of couchsurfing and meeting amazing people!

Last summer I did another journey through eastern europe with my friend Jonna. We did camping in croatia, then continued to Bosnia, Montenegro, Albania, Macedonia. We made great Couchsurfing experiences there!

Right now I'm studying another Erasmus-Semester in Eskisehir, Turkey. I already travelled to Cappadocia with the Erasmus group here and I would like to explore this beautiful country more!

PHILOSOPHY

Dance! Put glitter on your face! Always be yourself, except you can be a unicorn! Then be a unicorn!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I surf and I host. Couchsurfing is such a good thing to get in touch with people and it's so much better than stay in a hostel. I really like this hanging-around-together-stuff :) But maybe it's just because I sometimes feel lonely in my 22-square-meters-room ;)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was in Madrid for 5 days and I stayed in a flat with 2 Chilean and an Argentinian couple. It was so nice with them, we ate together, we went partying together and as I'll return to Madrid in september I feel relaxed to have yet kind of friends there. With couchsurfing you feel like you're visiting a good old friend instead of sleeping in an anonymous hostel where you don't even say "hi" in the corridor.

Later on I hosted people in Berlin which was awesome, they cooked for me and we went out together!

While I was travelling around Spain, France and Portugal I did a lot of couchsurfing and I got to know so many amazing people! It's so much more fun and you get to know the atmosphere of a city!

The best experience was in lyon in a shared flat with 5 amazing people! We had a great time, went to a local jazzbar and to a boat where they played electronic music!

As I already wrote above, I did Couchsurfing also in my journey through South Eastern Europe, which was so nice! In Sarajevo we stayed with a nice guy who took us up on a hill with his car so we saw the city from above, this was just amazing!

Interests

So, since i live in Berlin, I spend much time with clubbing and partying, get to know people and chilling in parks in summertime... But I also do have a calm side of mine: I like studying (media and political communication), reading a huge amount of books, I want to learn how to sew, so I can make my own clothes, I cook for my roommates and friends but sometimes, I just jump through my flat giggeling and laughing, having my "5 minutes".

Music, Movies, and Books

I just saw Victoria and thought its a really great movie about nightlife and atmosphere in berlin!
I also liked Blancanieves (the new, black-white, mude one) and so much more... If I could afford it, I would go to cinema daily!
- Birdman
- Oh boy
- Frances Ha
- Breakfast at Tiffany's
- Anna Karenina
- Carol
- La Vie d'Adele
- Inherent Vice
and many more... I love going to cinema!
I also really like the theater of Anton Tschechow and the books of Kurt Tucholsky, Hermann Hesse, Haruki Murakami, Jonas Jonasson and funny things of Marc Uwe Kling. I read a lot. But when someone asks me which book is my favourite, my head is empty.
