ABOUT ME

I am in the midst of a great transition, and am totally interested in sharing space with calm and lighthearted folks. I am in my early thirties. I have been making plans to leave my hometown (Phoenix, AZ, USA) for quite some time. I have just closed a business that I had worked at for ten years, and it is such a cool feeling to be free. Now that I have started on my journey to wherever the wind takes me, I am filled with anticipation for all of the adventures that are possible; humbled at how little I know, and how nice everyone wants to be. I am working towards staying present and thoughtful to allow comfort, Joy and collaboration. My mantras are unconditional love and non-judgment.

I look forward to meeting all those who I will, and completely expect that my strategic experience and good nature will be put to use at least once during our shared space.

PHILOSOPHY

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had my first Couch Surfing experience in March 2011 through a girlfriend I was traveling with in California. It was refreshing, and I felt safe and confident.

兴趣

Adventure, intrigue, treasure hunting. I have just closed an event design firm, which I had for 10 years. On to bigger and better things! For now, I am interested in bringing joy and comfort into my own existence, and I have been practicing by being in the service of others.

I recently read The Prophet by Kahlil Gibran, which calmed and soothed. I like picking up and reading guides on nature.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Very recently:
- I found a diamond on the ground. It was slightly damaged, but I didn't mind.
- I recently found a quarter at a bus stop, which I gave away. Then, the next day I found a quarter on a bus, which I spent towards a beverage.
- I got to be part of a very mini boat rescue operation... very mini, but a new experience. I wore a boat captains cap for fun.
- I used to sleep in play tipi's as a kid, but I got to sleep in a beautiful "real" tipi, drinking fresh goat's milk and cheese (Thank you, Kaliko!)
- I spent all last summer collecting very tiny shells from Maui... so relaxing. Aloha to Mother Maui and the Ohana there.
