About Me

ABOUT ME

I`m very keen on meeting travelers. So anybody who travels to Uzbekistan is very interesting for me. I have no chance to travel now. But hosting travelers is the best way for me to talk to the foreigners. I`d like to exchange culture, traditions. It`s really interesting for me to share life experiences and learn some words in their own languages. I hope I`ll also travel one day like them. BTW I love collecting different souvenirs and magnets from different cities.

PHILOSOPHY

Get the most important thing from life. Don`t be involved with unnecessary things.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I always host. That`s all I can do now.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I`ve never surfed but I hosted some tourists with my best friend Bilol. He suggested me registering on this site and having a chance to meet foreign people. We hosted travelers from Serbia, UK, Germany, Norway, Italy, Poland and Denmark. It was so interesting. Bilol is from Kokand city. So he always takes travelers to that city. I`m originally from Bustonlik district where famous Charvak lake and Chimgan mountain are located. So we have chance to show foreigners the nature of Uzbekistan.

Interests

I`m interested in geography, all facts about all countries of the world, learning famous people`s lives and wild nature.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music is my life. My favourite music genres are new age, chillout, trance, instrumental. I always listen to music of Yanni, Sunlounger, Karunesh, Oliver Shanti, Sultan Ali and DiDuLya.

I like all kinds of movies. The most important things are for me the quality, theme and actors.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I hosted a traveler from Denmark several years ago. The day after his arrival we went for a walk. Then he decided to go to the internet cafe. I went in and looked through the window. Suddenly I saw a large bone at my window. I was scared. Because according to our religion if you find any bones in your house, it means the jinns visited your house. Bones are food for the jinns. I was really frightened. I called my friend and he gave me the number of his religious friend. His friend suggested me reading some sooras of the Holy Quran. When I started reading with fear, suddenly there was a knock at the door. When I opened there was that Danish guest. I told him the story and he replied "It`s mine. It`s a camel`s bone. I found it in Turkmenistan ".

Teach, Learn, Share

Well, I can`t say I`m so intelligent at everything. But if you`d like to know about my religion or our shariah I can help you with pleasure. I can learn from you everything which I consider important for me from a simple conversation. And also my friend Bilol and me have a saying that "Come to Uzbekistan and we`ll make you real uzbek in three days".
