Overview
About Me
I recently graduated college. My first job out of college starts January 2017, and until then, I have a lot of time to struggle with this sudden freedom (and to be really broke).
The goals for this time are experiencing more cultures, learning more languages, and meeting people with different perspectives. I want to become braver about the unknown, accepting of the uncertain, and learn more about what I need in life to feel fulfilled.
Interests
I like to be a bit adventurous sometimes and my main sport right now is rock climbing. I like all kinds of climbing, but due to convenience I find myself bouldering most of the time. It can be hard to drag me into crowds but I really love going out dancing and anywhere with good, strong beer where you can have conversations with friends. I love going out for food and two things I am almost always excited for are sushi and burritos. When staying at home, I like to cook, drink tea, read, and watch TV/movies. I also like to meditate and do tai chi for stress relief. I hope my career will be broad and that I will be constantly learning in different fields of engineering. Currently, my goals are to learn more about programming and study language more intensely.
