About Me
Hi ! I'm a 25 year old girl living in Paris. I'm a psychologist currently working with autistic children, and in a private practice. I'm pretty curious, like to go out, meet people and try new things. I'm a big reader, I do improv (thanks to several people I met while couchsurfing actually...!), I like playing the guitar - but just for fun ! And sharing what I love with my friends.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
After a few couchsurfing experiences, I find it is a very good way to discover a city and a country, because what really makes it, are the people. And CS is the best way to meet them : sharing with them, what they like, how they live, their own exprience of the city. I also love the spontaneity with which we can connect, or talk, or do a whole lot of stuff you wouldn't have imagined !
Edit : I'm only hosting for emergencies, if you dont have any place to stay for the night, cause my place is not well equipped right now to be properly hosting someone. So if you need a last minute help, holler, and I'll answer if I'm available on that night !

Music, Movies, and Books
That's a hard one... It changes all the time !
Concerning music, I'd say the classical rock and blues bands, like The Doors, Led Zeppelin, The Beatles, RL Burnside, Howling Wolf, Nina Simone... More recently, The Black Angels, Katie Jande Garside, Godspeed you! Black Emperor... But I listen to many other things than rock and blues music.
About the movies... I'd say Terrence Malick is my favourite director, along with PC Wook, Ken Loach, François Ozon (yes, France can still do good movies), Terry Gilliam, Kubrick, Kusturica... This could take hours :)
And books, my god, may be the most complicated... I've got almost every book of Philip K. Dick on my shelves. I also love Faulkner, Lovecraft, Bret Easton Ellis, some french authors like Boris, Proust or Flaubert, I also read a lot of Carver, and more intimist litterature like Alison Lurie or David Lodge. I like pretty much every style actually.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I don't think I did anything amazing really... The amazing things I experienced were in my job actually, in the relationships I have/had with the people, often in distress, I meet. Some of them gave me way more than I could have imagined, and were the most human persons I've ever met. Yeah, I think what is amazing is the people I met, and what they shared with me.
Teach, Learn, Share
Ah ! Tricky question. What can I teach ? I wouldn't feel comfortable teaching anything, but sharing absolutely, that's the very reason I'm here !
What I Can Share with Hosts
Everything I have and know ! Doesn't it depend of the people we meet ?
