I spent 9 months living in Santander, Spain teaching English and traveling around Europe. I am currently back in kingston NY working as a social worker.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have to admit I signed up for couch surfing at the recommendation of a friend thinking it would be a great inexpensive way to travel but after my first experience I realized it was so much more. It has been amazing to exchange ideas and be hosted by people who can provide a non-tourist perspective. So far I have just been a guest on couch surfing but I am open to hosting now that I have my own place.

I am from NYC so I have a love for New York hip hop. Love to relax to some folk rock and any music that makes me dance is great. One of the best parts of traveling is being exposed to new music!
