Overview
About Me
N'hésitez pas à me contacter en français.
I'm an American that grew up in Massachusetts. I've spent my whole life here, including going to University, but have always loved to travel. I spent last year teaching English in Strasbourg, France and also spent a month and a half in Toulouse. I've been able to learn about different cultures and places through my studies but nothing compares to experiencing things first hand. I have couchsurfed and traveled up the west coast of France and Poland. One of my hobbies is competitive ballroom dancing. I've traveled a bit around the Northeast United States for competitions but am hoping to compete more nationally (and hopefully a little internationally if afforded the opportunity).
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to learn about places from the locals themselves rather than through a tourist lense. The best memories I have of traveling haven't been the places I've been but the people I've met there.

Visiting Mont Saint Michel
Teach, Learn, Share
As I said I love learning languages; I think it opens up so many opportunities to meet all different kinds of people and is a great way to learn about other cultures! I studied French for years in the United States but didn't have a chance to use it until last year. I'm currently taking Polish classes as well.
I also like to bake and can show you some American recipes if you'd like.
What I Can Share with Hosts
