PHILOSOPHY

I believe we are all here to live outstanding lives, to be amazing. I believe in being guided by intuition. I believe we already have all the answers, we just need to remember them.

I have an enormous amount of favorites but sitting at the top of my head right now are the following: Movies: Earthlings, Elvis on tour, No Direction Home, Terms of Endearment. I love comedy series like The Office and Seinfeld. Music: I love Elvis Presley, Tracy Chapman, The Killers, Snow Patrol, Placebo. Books: I love memoirs like Running With Scissors, Dry, Smashed: Growing Up A Drunk Girl, and Wally Lamb's books She's Come Undone and I Know This Much Is True are very close to my heart. Personal Development for Smart People is awesome. And on the health front, all Allen Carr's books are amazing, The China Study is essential reading for anyone who would like to live their lives disease free and The 80/10/10 Diet is essential reading for anyone who wants to THRIVE!

I have written a book, I have performed on stage in the UK, South Africa and Taiwan, I have taught English to Taiwanese children. I have spent a month on a beach in Thailand.

I can teach others about how to live a healthier life, ditch their social conditioning and get more in touch with who they really are. I love to meet people who inspire me to grow in new and interesting ways.
