ABOUT ME

I am a high school teacher (ex-journalist), living in Murgon, two hours from the Sunshine Coast, with my boyfriend Dean and our cats, Lilly and Puzz, and our dog Riley.
I like good people, good conversations, good food, good music, good books, good times, adventures and getting boozey.
I'm a vegetarian and I'm a little animal crazy. I can't help becoming a complete loon when I talk about/see cute animals.
I often head to the Sunshine Coast on weekends, so could sometimes host there (at my parent's places) at those times.
A perfect day for me is a lazy day on the beach with the dogs and my friends, having a barbecue then heading home, sitting on the verandah, chatting and drinking beers or heading to a bar for some party times!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Spent 6 weeks couchsurfing around the US. Stayed with many great people while road tripping with my crew of 6 travel buddies, and while travelling on my own! I'm extremely grateful for the great experiences I've had while couchsurfing.
