ABOUT ME

I am a person who likes to be seen. Not looked at...but seen. I like to make connections, to feign understanding. I like to experience, though I can do that just as well through through my imagination as in "real life." Travelling, children, and the arts (literature, music, painting/drawing are my passions. My greatest masterpiece , though still in progress, is myself.

PHILOSOPHY

We must eradicate from the soul all fear and terror of what comes toward man out of the future. We must acquire serenity in all feelings and sensations about the future. We must look forward, with absolute equanimity to everything that may come and we must think only that whatever comes is given to us by a world of direction, full of wisdom. It is part of what we must learn in this age; namely, to live out of pure trust, without any security in existence, trust in the ever present help of the spiritual world. Truly, nothing else will do, if our courage is not to fail us. Let us seek the awakening from within ourselves, every morning and every evening.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am apart of a loving community. We rejoice in the slpendor of life together, we support eachother during the trials. We try to communicate as openly and authentically as possible. We dance and sing and eat delicious morsels so tantalizing to our taste buds. We realize how fortunate we are and how much we have and want to share our love with as many people as possible.
We open our arms to the world...I embrace them.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Between me and my fellow housemates/family, we have hosted some truly incredible couchsurfers/friends. I did some surfing once...and will be attempting to do some more when I start up my travels again in Aug. HUZZA!

Interesses

I am a very excitable person. I think this is mostly due to my inherent interest in most things....to start listing would be quite a long and taxing endeavour. I reckon it's probably not one of my interest.

I am living. I think that's pretty amazing in itself. We can trade stories if we ever cross paths....

I know my entire family's names backwards....so I could help you figure out yours pretty easy. I also know how to weave baskets and make a mean breakfast.

I like to learn lots of things...would especially be interested in the pottery wheel though.

I will share all that I can.
