ABOUT ME

Hello! My name is Alissa. I began this profile with my friends Vy and Jen when we went on a backpacking trip through Europe in 2010 and had a fantastic first CouchSurfing experience in France & Spain. Have made many more friends through CouchSurfing over the years as both a host and traveler. I currently live in Grand Rapids, MI. Josh (my husband), Little Jerry (our dog) and myself love meeting new people and helping them explore our beautiful city :)

Couchsurfed during a backpacking trip Summer 2010. Now I am hosting! My couch is your couch if you are in the Grand Rapids area :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

CouchSurfed in France and Spain during a backpacking trip with two girlfriends summer of 2010. Met some fantastic people, many of which we still stay in contact with now. Definitely one of the biggest highlights of the trip.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Climbed the Great Wall of China, rode a donkey up the cliffs of Greece, partied in the streets of Lisbon, walked across the King Charles Bridge, kayaked Michigan's Pictured Rocks....more to come....
