Originally from Melbourne, Australia - currently living and working in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. I am married, no kids yet and although I love travelling whenever possible, will always call Australia home. My job has brought me to the Middle East where I am enjoying new experiences and making new contacts. My background is journalism and public relations with post-graduate qualifications in sports law and I currently work in digital communications for a major sporting body and been lucky enough to make sport both my passion and my career.

Hotels are fantastic and serve a purpose, but sometimes meeting locals is the most authentic experience you can get on the road!

Interesses

I follow almost every sport there is with particular interest in golf, tennis, football, rugby, baseball and cricket. My main teams are Liverpool and the Los Angeles Dodgers - both of which I have been fortunate enough to travel the world to see play live. My wife and I enjoy wine and love nothing more than exploring wine regions (particularly Australia, South Africa and Argentina), although we'd love to get to France at some point.

Uma Coisa Incrível que Eu Fiz

Packed my life into several suitcases (and a golf bag) and moved my life to the United Arab Emirates for a new job. In less than a year I've traveled to the United Kingdom three times, India twice, the United States, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Australia and New Zealand.

Oh, and I bungee jumped over Victoria Falls on a recent trip to Zimbabwe/Zambia :)
