About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To travel the world as lightly as possible and find out how to be a better human being
ABOUT ME
Looking for adventure. Realised that despite always saying I wanted to travel, I'd never really done any. When I got sick of working long hours as crew on TV shows I didn't enjoy I decided the next phase was to finally see the world.
I've been vegetarian for 7 years. I don't drink or smoke.
I can sometimes be a bit shy but am often hiding a desire to get crazy, dance and have fun with people.
My favourite thing to do is go out and watch some improv, or even better perform it. I'm a big fan of live comedy. And other performance as well.
I'm more comfortable on the floor with thick blanket under men than on a couch, so even if you don't have couch to offer consider me anyway.
PHILOSOPHY
Minimalism. The last year has seen me shrink down the number of things I own, even before deciding to travel long term. I'm trying to travel as light as possible while staying neat and clean.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
None. So far I've been travelling for 6 weeks staying with friends, but I want to start exploring new places where I don't already know people.
Interests
Improv, Comedy and Theatre
Learning photography and cheap film making.
Bushwalking/day hikes. I want to start more longer hikes, but might wait till it starts to warm up again.
Barefoot running/running in huaraches.
I'm trying to get better at drawing and digital art
I'm currently carrying a mandolin a friend gave me, trying to learn to play it. Had a piano back home.
I love to play games. Board games, cards, role playing games and some video games.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I owned and ex-Australia Post motorbike. A little 105cc bike that I rode over distances that it was never made to be ridden for. Longest ride was 750km over two days. Weirdest experiences was setting up a tent behind a pile of dirt in a rest stop after a very cold ride, to be woken the next morning by a earthmover removing the pile.
Teach, Learn, Share
Improv is my main thing interested in discussing, teaching and learning.
Basic juggling and I can unicycle, but don't currently have one with me.
Basic Linux stuff and computer programming.
I want to learn languages, I have rusty beginners japanese and very beginner french.
Countries I’ve Visited
France, Japan, Thailand
