French, grew up in the North of France but living in Bordeaux, studying Political Science (SciencePo) and Journalism.

I lived a year in Mexico City where I was an exchange student (Licenciatura en Ciencias Politicas y Maestria en Periodismo) and a communication/journalism intern in a Film Festival. Right now, I'm finishing my degree in Journalism and I did various internship in Cultural Journalism.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Definitely, all my Couchsurfing experiences were great moments. Best was in Copenhagen where my cousin and I spend two weeks : all our hosts were awesome and we discovered so much with them (hitchhiking around all the country, dansk culture, climbing trees, beers on the rooftop.. etc). Same in Mexico, Colombia, Norway, Croatia or USA - on my own or with a friend!

Interests

Always try to travel as much as I can when I get some free time/holidays. I am interested in discovering new countries, cultures and people - and try to make the most out of my stays abroad. I'd like to be a journalist or work in culture area, such as film festival.

I'm a ballet dancer, synchronized swimming swimmer, music-cinema-photo-and-art-enthusiast, daughter of cyclism and nature fans, active reader (so many knowledge to learn..), as well as a huge cofee and tea lover. Also always (obviously?) enjoy a good night out with a good company.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Sleeping in the middle of the desert in huts hunter in Kenya.

Seeing the sunset over the Greek rooftops in Santorini.

Hitchhiking around Denmark and sleeping at the seaside.

Swimming with turtles and fishing at 5.00am in Mazunte (Oaxaca) in Mexico.

Appreciating the amazing view and swimming in Hierve El Agua (google it haha), seeing the sunset but also the sunrise at 5 am.

Meeting all the musicians in the evening in Tulum, after a day snorkeling and singing in Playa Paraiso with guitar and friends.

Crossing the Guatemalan boarder with some illegal Salvadorian.

Going as close as possible to a volcano in eruption in Guatemala...

Crossing a crocodile river.... well, kind of.

Working in a surf camp in Costa Rica, surfing every morning and every evening with sunrise and sunset in the Pacific Ocean.

Being the only tourist in the Colombian Pacific Coast for the celebration of Virgen del Carmen in Ladrilleros, an Afro Colombian village.
