Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have done some travelling thus far in life and will continue to wander. I believe that couch surfing is an excellent economic way to travel and experience local culture along the way. It is a reminder of the good and generosity in the world.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hiking, and working hard to get to remote and unique places are passions of mine. Most recently, I have hiked the Lake Superior Coastal Trail in Ontario, Canada. I hold this experience close to my heart. Five days of heart pounding trekking over rugged and at times, misleading trails. The solace I find on the shores of Lake Superior has been life-long and never fails to bring peace of mind and growth to my soul.

Teach me all there is to know. I strive to forever be a student of nature, of myself, and of others. Each of us has something to share. I am willing to listen.

I can share an in-depth knowledge of North Bay and the surrounding area. I have spent many years exploring it with my Father who is an outdoor enthusiast and a historical/geographical writer. I can share my passion for the local gems North Bay has to offer.
