ABOUT ME

I am very excited about traveling this next year. I have been working this past year as a nurse and yoga instructor. I love the art of healing and connecting with others. I learn best by experience and want to learn first hand what other cultures are like. I feel so blessed by all the opportunities that have been presented to me in this life. I believe in following my dreams even if that means giving away your belongings and living out of a backpack. I would like to practice non-attachment and see beyond our consumer driven society that has so much control over us all. I believe true beauty lies on the inside. I would like to believe I am open minded and think traveling will open me up even more.

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez

I would love to teach/share yoga in exchange for a place to sleep. I have been teaching for the past 7 years. I love to share food. We eat primarily vegetarian but are not strict when we travel. I could teach you to swim or to surf. I was a beach lifeguard for two years in San Diego. I would love to learn dancing, cooking, art culture, and religious practices.
