About Me

CURRENT MISSION

ABOUT ME

I like: procrastinating, then getting everything done in one long hectic day.
I love: the people in my life, music, berlin.
I have: a violin, a camera and a decent pair of hiking boots.
I want: cheese to be less delicious so I could be a vegan.
I need: cheese!
I am: not a vegan, apparently...

PHILOSOPHY

I'm getting there...
(by the way, I like the description for this category: "why do you live your life?" - well, I wasn't exactly consulted...)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

For quite a long time I didn't have a regular place to live - an Erasmus semester in Spain, plans with my flat mates and Berlin's housing market got in the way. But I'm back and reactivated my profile - ready to host and surf:)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Experience ranges from good to great. I think I'd actually enjoy a shitty one, just for a change...

Interests

Lots of music - I sing in a choir and play the violin (the latter only hypothetically these days). Politics (because I'm a masochist). Discovering places on foot.

Music, Movies, and Books

Used to keep up with all the tv shows. Gave up on that ambition when peak tv and the start of a new job coincided. I will still have opinions on all of them.

Try to read books when I'm not listening to podcasts. Indoctrinated politically as a kid by: Klaus Kordon "Die Roten Matrosen". Enjoyed most as a teenager: Nick Hornby "High Fidelity". Shaken to the core as a political science student by: Arthur Koestler "Dialogue with Death"

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Went on a (secular) pilgramage on the Via Francigena by myself. Just casually walking across Italy. Amazing and beautiful.

Teach, Learn, Share
