Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm a first time solo traveler. I wish to visit Eastern European cities this summer and I believe the best way possible to do that is to meet with locals with whom I'll be able to learn new cultures and experience new ways of living. Due to my studies, I am very interested in the history of countries, so any small anecdotes will of course be welcome !
