I'm a 24 years old french traveling the world, meeting new people and discovering new cultures !

I spend almost a year and a half in Australia recently, doing different volunteering job in festivals, a pay-as-you-feel vegan restaurant and a yoga retreat center. I learned a lot about many things, but there is still a lot more to discover. I met amazing human beings on the way and everyone has something to teach or share. the world should be about sharing in order to be happy !

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I would like to meet more people, learn from others, and share what i like about life
I also try to spend as less money as possible and rely on exchanges.

I can't host for the moment because I am traveling but once I will have my place I will for sure.

Interests

I like :
- Wellness : I became a yoga teacher in Australia, and I would like to share what I think can be good for everybody. I also learned Balinese massages, and a Japanese treatment using heat and incense (https://itothermienatsukashi.wordpress.com/)
I have also done Two meditation retreats which I will happy to talk about.

- Music, mostly electronic but there is good tunes in any kind of music !
I've practiced DJing for about 5 yeas now, but mostly to have fun with friends on the week end ! I have my controller with me to play anywhere ;)

- Food : I became vegetarian 1 years ago, and I try to remove most animal product from my diet ( but I LOVE cheese so much so it is not easy everyday)

- spirituality : after spending 1 years among Hindu monks, and learn many other things from travelers, I start having my opinion about spirituality and I would love to share my thoughts with anyone who's interested.

Music, Movies, and Books

music will be Air a french electronic duo, but that's a tricky question, How can you decide what is your favorite music between to completely different songs that you love ? it is impossible for me, there are so many different musics out there.

Movies are tarantino's one and recently discover the new world by terence malick !
But I also love the Tv show Black Mirror, and Äkta människor a Swedish Tv Show.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Volunteering at festivals and at lentils in Melbourne, two experience that changed me forever !

Spend 8 months in a spiritual community, they were people following a branch of Hinduism, and I learn a lot from them. I also got many different skills as I did many different task from cleaning, gardening, building, taking care of a team of 40 volunteers, run a small guest house, and so on. this experience changed me !

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach yoga a well as meditation. I am teachnig hatha vinyasa yoga, which incorporate a lot of mouvement and linked poses together, but i can also share some Yn yoga, more relaxing and on the ground.
we can practise meditation together, and i will show the different techniques I ve learned.

I can also teach a bit of french even if i found it difficult to teach, some french meal recipe i got from my mum, and i probably miss so many other things but im willing to teach anything i know, And learn anything i don't know !

I will be happy to share my thoughts about life, society, spirituality, music .
