About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To make the most of our six month adventure! Meet new people, go new places and try new things!! Very generic I know, but it's true.
ABOUT ME
Australian girl with an Australian/American boyfriend, travelling the US and Canada for six months.
I was a youth worker, he was a chef. We're both now very unemployed and determined to enjoy life.
Wanna grab a drink??
PHILOSOPHY
Not sure I have a personal philosophy, I just try to be a good person and help others.

Music, Movies, and Books
My favourite movie is Empire Records, I watch it when I'm down. Favourite tv shows include Firefly, Doctor Who, The Newsroom, Game of Thrones and Black Books.
I love all sorts of music, from metal to pop. I have a little trouble digesting country music and some rap...
I read mostly fantasy and I would name some of my favourite series as A Song of Ice and Fire by George RR Martin, The Belgariad by David Eddings, The Hythrun Chronicles by Jennifer Fallon and the Discworld novels by Terry Pratchett. I am always open to suggestions and enjoy reading outside this genre...
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I worked at a youth shelter and was able to offer comfort to teenagers who had literally nothing. Feel free to ask me about my time there, it was poignant.
Teach, Learn, Share
Ask me anything! I love to bake and have recipes to share. I like to knit and crochet, happy to teach. I did my Masters in Applied Anthropology and Participatory Development but spent the past three years working with homeless teenagers, happy to share my stories :)
