ABOUT ME

I've spent the last 5 and a half years living in Halifax and thoroughly enjoying the laid-back east coast lifestyle! I love to be surrounded by friends who keep me laughing. I love food and drinks and dancing and meeting new and interesting people. I have recently gotten rid of my apartment and almost all my belongings in order to spend some time traveling. The next step of my journey is to spend a year working in Paris and exploring France and it's surrounding areas. After that, who knows?

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

So far my participation in couchsurfing has consisted largely of hosting travelers at my home in Halifax, though I have done a little bit of surfing myself. At the moment, I am in transition and unable to host. I've made some good friends through couchsurfing and hope to make more!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Very positive! I've been able to make some lasting connections through couchsurfing. One of my favourite things about hosting is showing guests around my city, it makes one much more appreciative of things that have become a daily norm. All of my guests so far have been interesting and warm individuals!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

One amazing thing I've seen is the Cabot Trail in Cape Breton. So much natural beauty there! I was able to go down a naturally formed rock waterslide, hike up and down rivers by hopping rock to rock, swim in the ocean and meet some of the nicest people in the world. Can't wait to return someday!
