I was born in Isfahan, Iran 1981. I have studied in the field of mathematics and industrial management. I was a distinguished student (ranked first) in the master degree. I have job and project experience in various companies in the fields of utility companies (energy, water and wastewater), food industries, as well as EPC companies. In addition, I have teaching experience in the University of Applied Science and Technology, Isfahan, Iran.
I have published more than 25 scientific papers in international/ national journals and conferences (USA, Singapore, Malaysia, and Iran). My favourite research fields are energy, mathematical modelling, O.R and decision science, gamification and customer engagement, as well as, CRM and customer satisfaction.
