About Me
Hi!
I'm a student from Vancouver studying communications who loves meeting new people (and you guessed it) communicating! I am always up for a good conversation (dry humour welcomed), tasty food, and new experiences. I love baking and cooking (I make a mean maple salmon dinner) and I am happy to cook for you in return for a night on your couch! Growing up in Canada has given me a broad range of cultures to experience, and I always appreciate learning more about the people, places and things that make up this wonderful place we call home.
Looking forward to meeting you!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love meeting new people and learning about their lives! I hope to be able to help someone out the way other people did when I travel. I’m happy to give advice or provide a place to stay when I’m available!

Music, Movies, and Books
I like many different genres of music, but some of my favourite artists include Chelou, Bon Iver, Bonobo and Jungle. My favourite movie is a French film called Amelie because it captures the beautiful and simple moments in life so perfectly. I mostly read cookbooks these days, but I am a long-time Harry Potter fan!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I cycled over 1000km through the western half of Iceland in the summer of 2019 with my boyfriend https://www.couchsurfing.com/people/eric-lusk-jopson
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you French, how to make a delicious white lasagna, and the wonders of a Canadian dish with french fries, gravy and cheese curds by the name of Poutine! I love to learn how people from different places live, eat, and enjoy life.
What I Can Share with Hosts
My love for cooking!
