ABOUT ME

I find just about everything and everyone fascinating. I love to hear the stories of people and places and things. I feel as though by listening, I will be also be heard. I always keep myself busy (usually unintentionally), but never too busy to stop what I'm doing for a friend.. or anyone really. I love adventure, smiling, and being of service.

PHILOSOPHY

My personal philosophy is simple. As Mother Theresa said, "Go out into the world today and love the people you meet. Let your presence light new light in the hearts of people."

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I participate by offering up my couch and also experiencing the joy of a different cushy couch along my travelling journeys.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

As time goes on, my expereince grows - as with all things. My roommates and I throughout college hosted a number of surfers who were very wonderful and very different.. but they all were an absolute blast! We learned a number of interesting things... how to cook French salmon dishes and even how to open a bottle of wine with a shoe. :) I've also been hosted a couple different times by wonderful folks throughout the US. My only hope is that these pleasant interactions with beautiful people continue into the future.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

On a canoe trip down the Green River, in the middle of the back country I saw two small reptiles mating, as well as a fight to the death between a lizard and a snake. Real life things that happen every day and I got to witness it! I also saw my wonderful nephew be born... let me tell you about the beauty of life.
