Hello! I'm Alj (one syllable). I listen to music a lot; from the moment I wake up, whenever I take a shower, and before I hit the sack. I love an atmosphere of friendliness. At first, you might think that I'm a shy person but honestly, once we started talking, it would feel like we've known each other for a long time!

I'm the 1st among 4 guys from our family who decided to venture away from home.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I heard about this platform years ago but I never tried it. I used to attend ultimate frisbee organized by one of my friends but I really didn't know that it's also about a meet up of couchsurfers.

When I went to Hong Kong, I met a lot of great people and we became good friends. I celebrated my birthday with a bunch of guys that I just met for the first time and I really had a blast! One German guy was going to the Philippines as his next destination and I offered him to stay at my place for 4 nights. We hiked 2 mountains and we went spelunking during those days when I was with him.

I'm really interested in meeting new friends. I like to be exposed to different cultures, places, people and to learn valuable things that I will keep in my mind down to my heart.

I've been into a lot of music festivals and concerts. I usually attend solo and just meet amazing people who have the same positive energy and interest as me!

I like to film my travels and compile the footages into one video because it's one of the amazing things to watch and reminisce those moments that happened during the trip. So, don't be surprised if I just take out my camera or phone and just capture random stuff. Capture it, remember it!
