Life is an opportunity. There is nothing I must do or accomplish. Everything I do is a choice. I do it because I believe it will make me happier and the world around me a better place.
It is easy to miss life in the business of the day. It is easy to get lost in the traps of the mind. That's why I choose to work on myself and learn to be present and aware.
If I learn to listen, everybody is a teacher.

I have hung out with the couch surfers invited by my roommate and stayed on the couches in France and Italy!

I am a teacher by trade and vocation, so I love to teach. I am good at teaching English as a second language, beginner yoga and meditation, elementary scientific concepts, and reality transferring exercises.
I am interested in learning Spanish, Italian, French, Tai Chi, and history. I also want to improve my cooking skills.
