ABOUT ME

I'm North American, and the more time I spend abroad, the more North American I become. I like very big open spaces and knowing that there are big wild animals lurking nearby in the forest. I lived in France for two years and Granada, Spain for two years, and now have come back to the home continent to try to figure out life. Life--the good kind--includes art, being outside, teaching, climbing, aerial dance, dogs, hiking, farming, and love, not necessarily in that order. I want to speak every language in the world, but I guess I'll just have to settle for three. Also, I think I'm a hippy.

I surfed first (officially) in Toulouse and loved it! I've been doing it ever since.

Interests

I like climbing, knitting, crocheting, arting, yogaing, dancing, backpacking, hiking, music, sleeping, reading, farming, swimming, traveling, trains, bikes, running, jumping, skiing, eating, drinking, gardening, speaking, learning...there are things I don't like too, like waking up early and bad food and the smell of cologne, but my dislikes are much fewer.

I can teach you to knit! I mean, I can try.
I can teach you some yoga or French or English or Spanish.
I make really good soup, but I'm not sure how to teach that exactly.
I can teach you some things about climbing and mountains and birds
I can draw you a picture, especially if it's of an appliance or a chair.
