ABOUT ME

Gregarious: adj, marked by or indicating a liking for companionship.

I think that's a good start. Plus, you can find out a lot about me by my use of a dictionary definition to start my profile. I'm an outgoing person who likes to have good conversations and good times. I'm a fan of reading, movies, beer, and cooking. I like the outdoors, but I'm also a lover of urban life. I should also mention I'm a giant nerd who likes to play games of all sorts and I don't mind when something makes me think. I should also mention I'm a drug-free guy, but only because I'm not personally interested in taking them. I'm not going to freak out if there's a little of that going on around me.

PHILOSOPHY

I'm a rationalist atheist. I'm no religion-hater, but I just feel that there's plenty of evidence to explain things in the universe without the need for the supernatural. Because of how I see things, I live my life to leave behind a positive effect on the world around me.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My room mate, Rita Adryushchenko, has been a couch surfing member for a long time, so when she moved in, we immediately started hosting. We've had three or four people/groups come through already, and I've really enjoyed it. So far, participation has been basically to hang out and entertain while the surfers are here, but I think that might change in the future.
