ABOUT ME

I've been working at film festivals around the globe for the last 5 years, primarily in the DR Congo with the Congo International Film Festival. I've spent the last two years since college exploring this fine world both through work and travel. I taught elementary school in a one room school house this past spring and have been working on a farm that produces the herbs for essential oils this summer (rosemary, lavender etc.). MOSTLY, these days I'm interested in delving into new experiences and seeing all that life has to offer.

Music, Movies, and Books

I wish I was one of those cool people who sat down on a Friday night to watch documentaries, but if I'm honest, movies on a night off are my vice and it's usually not something quite that educational. New favorite movie is Hunt for the Wilderpeople. Literally an epic movie.

I'm going to add tv shows to this mix: Parenthood, Nashville, Modern Family, Gilmore Girls. (OMG, A YEAR IN THE LIFE IS GOING TO BE EPIC).

Everything from James Brown to Johnny Cash and Lorde.. I'm always looking for new tunes!

Well I haven't healed anything by looking at it, but I have moved across the US (driving my car) on 4 days notice for a job I was offered a week before.
