I am a born and raised New Yorker, former Boy Scout and Navy Officer. Got introduced to traveling by the Navy and from there discovered Couchsurfing. I was stationed in Japan for four years and have seen most of Asia. Now working on Europe. I’m quite pragmatic and like seeing what different countries do well. I enjoy identifying patterns in history, human behavior and life.

I place a very high value on integrity, honesty, humility and respect. I am a straightforward person and prefer difficult truths over comforting lies. I understand that not everyone likes this though.

I day trade and am also working on building a YouTube channel for an amazing video game that teaches people about human nature, discipline, life, stoicism, investing, leadership and teamwork.
