Hi, I'm a 24-years-old cheerful lovely friendly funny guy from Singapore. I'm a year3 college student. I love traveling and making new friends. I'm currently under exchange program in Oslo, Norway. I'm pretty new to couch surfing and this is my first time to Europe.I would probably traveling around the entire Europe during this period of time.

I think God granted two special gifts into my life. Firstly, it was my acting skill. I was a drama actor in my high school and college. I had 5 years of acting experience and I always feel so comfortable and confident on the stage. I felt really contented when I committed my100 percent to prepare the show and gave a blast in front of all the audiences. Secondly, I think I'm really good at talking to people. No matter strangers, new friends or old friends. I could just make the conversation an enjoyable one so easily. And people love to make friends with me. I believe that was because of my cheerful character as well.

I do sports as well. I just picked up tennis about half a year ago. I simply love tennis! I play basketball and dance as well. Popping is my major genre for dance. If you guys have no idea about what popping is, robot dance is under the category of popping.

On top of all these, Backpacking is my greatest passion. I usually only draft out a rough itinerary for my traveling route. I would do as less research as possible. I don't book any hostel or transport tickets in advance. I want my journey to be unpredictable and unexpected. I just want to follow my heart to whenever I go, but not restricted to the fixed hotel book-in date or train ticket time. That lost the fun of traveling. Asian society is really different from Western world. We have really stressful lives and competitive peers.Whenever I went for backpacking in South East Asia and met some European backpackers who could be as young as 19. I always asked myself, they are traveling to the other side of the world at age of 19, what were you doing at age of 19? Studying day and night for year-end examination? Doing internship in summer holiday in order to secure a good first job once you graduate? That was sad and I did not want my life to be that all the way, life is about experience. You have to experience every stage of your life, but not about survival until the last day. Different stage of life has its own joy and enjoyment, you have to experience them all but not to miss them.That's why I'm in Europe now, at age of 24, I want to travel! I want to see the world and I want to experience an utterly different culture from mine.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

1.Completed 2 months backpacking in Asia despite serious injuries and illness during the journey

2.Trans- Siberian railway. Took 6 days of train from Beijing to Moscow. 21days in total from Asia to Norway without flying at all

3.Completed a 12 days road trip in Tibet where the average elevation of around 4,500 meters which had gave me a severe Altitude sickness.Tibet Plateau is the highest plateau in the world.

4. 5 days of cycling around the Qinghai lake in China. 360 km in total and endured all kinds of harsh weather conditions.

5.Performed for a dancer concert which had over 1000 audiences

6.Performed for 4 consecutive full-house drama productions
