About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Relax and chill, de-stress, breathe.
ABOUT ME
I'm a secular, progressive, gay man who is interested in the world and the ppl in it. I'm curious about what motivates us to do things, and I love to see the sights from a local perspective.
PHILOSOPHY
make the world a better place
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I look up couches whenever I travel. I have shifted my personal travel paradigm toward a more local experience and cringe at the idea of a hotel, thanks couchsurfing! I am currently "hosting maybe". I live in a great gay destination, but I keep late hours so I'm not the most compatible host, unless you stay up late.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I surfed twice. One couch in Cairo, my wonderful host was Hema and I had a great time seeing the pyramids, smoking hashish, and playing dominoes with Hema and his friends. I was also hosted most graciously by Mohamed Sadek, with whom I went on a beautiful night safari by camel. Also surfed with Fen, in Hasselt, Belgium to see a Pukkelpop show. Fen was a super nice guy and great host.
I've hosted many ppl here in Fort Lauderdale- a few guys from France and one French Canadian. They were all super cool dudes. I've also hosted surfers from Nicaragua, Peru, Korea, Belgium, and Holland.
Interests
I like to learn about ppl from different places, find things in common, see their lives, and also my life from a new perspective. It reassures me that we're all in this together. I spend my time working at a supermarket, watching movies, listening to music, running to stay fit.

Teach, Learn, Share
I think we feel better about ourselves when we meet ppl from different places and find things in common, talk about differences. I've got tons of photos to share and trips to talk about in the USA and abroad. I'll talk about anything and I'll tell you if I don't agree with you. :-)
