I recently got back from 3 month in Asia (Nepal, India, Thailand) and fell in love with traveling and being emerged in different cultures/meeting all kinds of people. I have learned a lot about myself and my interests while traveling, and also have learned I never want to stop! I recently graduated high school and will be attending University to study Nutritional Sciences. I love learning about food and how it effects people and cultures all around the world. I am very interested in all things active along the traveling journey whether it is trekking, biking, swimming, or just exploring on foot! Nutrition and fitness are an important part of my journey, but adapting and emerging in new cultures along the way are what I enjoy most!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have done homestays before and I am interested in first hand knowledge of the culture and environment. I am also a family person and love that aspect of traveling and getting involved with the near by community.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I attended a 10 day meditation retreat in Dharamsala, India in complete silence. It was such an amazing and interesting experience where I learned a lot about the true benefits of life and travel.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share my knowledge of cultures from past travels and what life was like as a young girl traveling. I also have much interest in food and the health of your body. I love to teach and am always open to learning more about this topic
