ABOUT ME

I'm an 25 year old crazy Canadian born with a fierce passion for traveling and an enthusiasm for life. I'm keen on experiencing and witnessing all the world has to offer. I find excitement in the unknown and I like a good challenge.
I grew up on the Gulf Islands in BC Canada and I'm completely in love with my stunning home. However my thirst for meeting new people, seeing new things, and testing my limits has taken me away for the time being and I couldn't be happier.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Unfortunately my account has been dormant for several years because...life. I also didn't quite understand how couch surfing worked when I first started. And i didn't realize that all of my emails from here were going into my junk email so unfortunately I missed a lot of requests for which I feel very badly about. Currently I'm just taking advantage of surfing but I can't wait to participate by hosting properly when I get back to Canada.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've hosted before. My friend Deven and I had couch surfing experience in Sydney. Ive couchsurfed in Paris. And I met some fellow travellers on Couchsurfing who I then travelled with in Iceland. It was wonderful and I can't wait to experience more.

I have many interests and find this box particularly difficult to complete so here are a couple randoms off the top of my head.
I'm a singer and I love being on stage. It's my home away from home.
My favourite colours are yellow, turquoise and purple.
I LOVE dogs. One of the hardest parts about being away from home was leaving my two Golden Doodles Sam and Sadie.
I love running about out doors. Scampering up rocks, or swimming under waterfalls, it doesn't matter.
I'd like to say I'm good at photography, but whether I am or not, all I know is that I love it. It's one of my favourite hobbies.
Traveling is amongst my greatest passions, along with singing, consumption of delicious cuisine, making people laugh,laughing until I cry and wedding crashing...alright except for that last one.
I'm and adrenaline junkie and I've recently become a skydiving enthusiast. Unfortunately I haven't been able to satiate my craving for adventure as of late. But that's all about to change!

I'm and avid reader and I love all sorts of books. Anything from "Everything is Illuminated" by Jonathan Safran Foer to "A song of Ice and Fire" series. Fantasy is one of my favourite genres as well as Sci-Fi. I'm a major Harry Potter nerd. SERIOUSLY. I grew up with him and the gang, and I'd probably give up everything to attend Hogwarts..just kidding...almost everything. I obviously wouldn't give up my dogs.

I love all kinds of music I have everything from Bon Iver, Ray Lamontagne, Alexi Murdoch, The Beatles, Elvis, Taj Mahal to Mozart, Fleetwood Mac, Ratatat, Notorious B.I.G and Eminem, Janis Joplin and the Doors. I like variety..however if you looked at what was playing on my ipod at any given time you'd probably find some good ol Hendrix playing, or some triptastic Pink Floyd or Led Zep. I tend to gravitate towards the classics.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I've witnessed a full moon eclipse from start to finish whilst bushcamping in the Australian outback. Every other night the moon was too bright to see the stars, but this wonderful evening we got to see every star, including countless shooting stars, the full moon and a couple UFO's from the comfy confines of our swags.
