About Me

I am quite friendly, free-sprited and easy-going person who loves travelling, exploring new places, and meeting new people. I do believe that travelling is a life-changing and eyes-opening experience which will boost your way of thinking in an unimaginable way ;)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I don´t travel just to see places I want to experience them. I want to try local, cuisine, go to local bars, see it from the angle of someone who knows what to do and where to go, and meeting with the locals is the best way to achieve it. Also I love meeting new people, and I would like to share what I know about the place where I live and present it in the best possible way to someone who is just passing by.

Interests

Well, besides travelling I like photography, delicious food, procrastinating with a good book during a gray rainy day, I love concerts and festivals, also I like sport (ahhh there´s nothing better than a nice jog on that Sunday morning, or nothing more revealing than a boxing lesson after a stressful day at work, or nothing makes you feel more alive as when you´re riding down that mountain while feeling the wind in your hair and at the same time admiring the beauty of the Alps)

Music, Movies, and Books

To the music I like basically everything, I like to chill with some reggae, indie, alternative, electro swing or jazz, but always open to new inspirations.

Movies, ....this will take loooong, I´m bit of a movie geek. I love thrillers, and the films that will make you think (e.g. Inception or the Prestige, Butterfly Effect or Seven), I enjoy the work of Mexican directors as del Toro, Cuarón, and Iňarritu (his films are bit too sad, but well he´s a genius) then all films by Fincher and Nolan ( I really don´t think that these two ever made a single bad movie), from Europeans I like Pedro Almodovar and Fernando Fonzáles Molina ( bit cheesy but, whatever). I don´t like just the graphic films, movie should have a story and an atmosphere (but I think I could do that Marvel movie marathon if you insist).

To the books, again I like loads of things. I love the classics such as Oliver Twist from Charles Dickens or Picture of Dorian Gray from Oscar Wilde, Jules Verne, Alexander Dumas and so on. I am reading my way through G.R.R.Martin´s Game of Thrones, and on occasions dropping a tear or two while reading Spark´s novels (I know, I´m just a simple girl).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
