Hi there :) My name is Allie. I am 27 years old and currently on the road trip of a lifetime! I look forward to meeting as many of my fellow couch surfers as I can along the way :) I have a hard time staying put in one place, and just love the excitement, adventure, and fulfillment that comes from traveling and having new experiences with new and old friends! I am all about hiking, camping, thrifting, sustainability, wwoofing, beer tasting, live music and spontaneity, and really look forward to hopefully doing all those things with some new friends! I work part time doing sales for my family's organic jojoba farm/business, as well as own my own vintage clothing company! I will be stopping at as many thrift shops as possible to find some vintage treasures, so if you are into thrifting, lets go! I am planning to hike the PCT next spring/summer, so if you are into hiking, lets go hiking/backpacking/camping if you've got the time! I am applying for my Masters in Regenerative Studies next Fall at Cal Poly Pomona, so if you are into organic farming, permaculture, and sustainability, lets chat! And of course I am all about IPA's, so if you like beer, lets drink!

Really truly honestly looking forward to meeting some awesome people this Fall and creating some rad memories!

The thing I love most about traveling by myself is the connections I am forced to make. Forced in all the right ways. Had I been traveling with someone, although I would have loved it at times, it would have been too easy to stay in my comfortable little world and not branch out. I have made so many new friends, had countless great conversations, and experienced new connections, and for that I am very grateful!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I spent 2 months road tripping around the U.S. a couple years ago and met some really great people through couch surfing, some of which are now close friends of mine. I am super excited to embark on a similar trip this Fall to create new friendships and memories. I look forward to having a place of my own next Fall to return the favor and invite couch surfers to stay with me!
