I can't shake the travel bug and my chronic need for adventure is too strong to hold me in one place for very long; I will always try something at least once, maybe even twice; I love art and music and SCIENCE; I am a self proclaimed sushi artist; love school, wish I never had to leave, but will return next fall to get my MPH in infectious disease epidemiology; love the microscopic world of microbes; fascinated by disease; wanna meet new people, make new friends; I love the outdoors, hiking, kayaking.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was almost trampled by a hippo; inadvertently stepped over a very large python; rode a boda-boda (not so rare but exhilarating none-the-less!); hiking at midnight without a trail or compass, pretty much just wandering into the wilderness; sleeping in a canoe in the middle of a lake;
